(Ripley County, IN) – First responders performed a successful water rescue along South County Road 400 West in Ripley County this morning. The Ripley County Sheriff’s Office says a vehicle occupied by three people was swept up in high water in the North Fork of Graham Creek. All three were safely brought to shore and were being evaluated by emergency medical personnel. This morning’s heavy rains left behind high water around Southeastern Indiana.
