Sheetz Family Donates To Slippery Rock University
The Sheetz family is donating to Slippery Rock University to establish a new mentorship program and nursing lab. The mentorship program, named after Charlie Sheetz, will pair students with alumni mentors to aid in their transition to the workforce . The new nursing lab, named after Charlie’s wife Gail, will feature ten stations of hospital-grade equipment. These investments are in addition to the Charles Sheetz Scholarship created in 1998.
