Local entrepreneurs and small business owners in Livingston, Grundy, and Mercer counties now have a new resource for guidance and growth. The Chillicothe Area Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the University of Missouri–Kansas City Small Business Development Center (UMKC SBDC), has named Scott Sharp as the new contracted Business Development Consultant for the region.
