Sharing a duplex is never easy, woman learns after neighbor threatens to shoot her: South Euclid Police Blotter

A woman reported April 3 that her downstairs neighbor threatened to shoot her and her dog. She said the incident began when the neighbor yelled upstairs for her to be quiet, and she went downstairs to confront her. The suspect, 59, admitted to officers that she had threatened the woman because she asked her several times to be quiet because she was trying to sleep.
