Shafaq News..Israeli Strike Kills Six at Gaza Cafe
On Tuesday, the IDF targeted several Hamas commanders in the Shati area of Gaza City at a coastal cafe, claiming they were planning attacks against Israeli troops.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu recently mandated that strikes receive approval from the IDF Chief of Staff, though exceptions allow troops to act against immediate threats to Israeli soldiers.
Army Radio reported at least six people were killed and 10 others wounded, while the Hamas-run Gaza Health Ministry stated five people died in the airstrike near the fishing seaport.
The Palestinian Mujahideen Movement condemned the attack as a "war crime," arguing the escalation undermines mediation efforts and urging international actors to protect civilians.
