- The Korea International Trade Association and Korea Development Bank will co-host NextRise 2026 at COEX in Seoul on June 18-19, 2026, expecting over 530 startups and more than 270 global corporations and investors.
- Operating under the theme "Shape the Next," the event serves as a gateway for global startups entering the Asian market, according to Executive Managing Director Hee-Chul Jung of Global Marketing Group.
- More than 150 large corporations, including Hyundai Motor and Renault, will join over 120 venture capital firms in the signature 1:1 Business Meetup program, scheduling more than 3,800 individual meetings for partnerships and investment.
- France serves as this year's Guest of Honor country, with special exhibition zones spotlighting international participation and French companies including Renault bridging the Korean startup ecosystem with global markets.
- Applications remain open through May 11, 2026, building on last year's success when 104 startups raised a combined KRW 500 billion in investment.
