‘Sexual deviant:’ Orlando nightclub owner enters plea deal in child sex crimes case

The once owner of a popular Central Florida nightclub has agreed to plead guilty in federal court to attempted coercion and enticement of a minor for sex.In the plea deal, Richard Kowalczyk must serve a minimum of 10 years maximum of life in federal prison.
