SEVIER COUNTY, Tenn. (WATE) — Sevier County Fire & Rescue, the Tennessee Department of Forestry and other agencies are battling a 10-acre brushfire near Phillips Way in Sevier County, according to Vice Mayor Bryan McCarter.
