Several cars broken into along same block in Newtown Square, police say

Police are warning residents to lock their doors and make sure their home security systems are activated after several cars along one street in Delaware County were broken into early Friday morning. The break ins all happened around 3 a.m. on Jan. 9 along the 3500 block of Tyson Road in Newtown Square, according to Newtown Township Police Captain John Newell.
