A police sergeant, attached to the Luquillo barracks, faces criminal charges this Friday for alleged incest against a niece, of whom he had legal custody. The man, identified as Lionel Alonso Burgos, is charged with incest, lewd acts and ill-treatment. The victim is 18 years old.
