Sentencing rescheduled for San Luis City Council member

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA) - The sentencing of a San Luis city council member has been rescheduled. Tadeo de la Hoya was scheduled to appear in court Thursday morning. The defense attorney met with the court and the district attorney and agreed that the best way to manage this case was to cancel this sentencing hearing and set a mitigation/aggravation hearing.
