Sentences of 5 defendants in the MİT trucks case were approved

In the case regarding the stopping of MİT trucks in Adana, the prison sentences given to 5 people, including 3 defendants who were alleged to be FETÖ's "gendarmerie imams", were approved. In the decision of the Supreme Court of Appeals 3rd Criminal Chamber, it was stated that the procedural procedures during the trial process were carried out in accordance with the law and the evidence was obtained in accordance with the law.
