Sentenced an entrepreneur to readmit an employee he called 'scrap seller' by the whatsapp group before dismissing her.

The Superior Court of Justice of Madrid (TSJM) has called null and void the dismissal of a worker who was insulted by her boss in the company’s whatsapp group and was later dismissed. Madrid judges consider it proven that calling “false”, “hypocrite”, “liar” and saleswoman of “garbage” for a chat in which multiple members of the company are included attended against the right to honor of the insulted woman.
