[Kin] On April 17th, 24 users of the Kin Town Social Welfare Council's elderly life enrichment day service enjoyed a beach outing at the U.S. military's Blue Beach in the town. Blue Beach is normally off-limits. The gates are opened only once a year for three days during the beach outing season, on the third day of the third month of the lunar calendar. Clam digging and fishing are prohibited.
