Senator believes island's natural resource should not be privately owned

Government Senator Gregory Nicholls, who strongly believes that the island’s caves, rivers, and springs should not have private owners.Mr. Nicholls, an attorney at law, was speaking during the St. Thomas Idea Forum, said these features of the island’s physical landscape are too important for livelihood and future generations.He laid out a number of ideas to help develop the parish’s tourism product.
