The aim of the initiative is to give legal recognition to victims of enforced disappearance during the period between September 1973 and March 1990 in order to simplify various procedures for their families.
Initiative promoted by deputy Lorena Pizarro had the green light in the Upper House and passed to the Lower House for approval. Valparaíso. 15/9/2025.
