METROPOLIS — Less than a month away, Metropolis streets will be humming with the Christmas spirits as the Metropolis Chamber of Commerce hosts its Metropolis Christmas tree lighting and, a week later, the annual Metropolis Christmas parade.

Indian Land is holding its annual Christmas Parade and Tree Lighting on Saturday, December 13, 2025. Selma Christmas Parade and Tree Lighting Dec 2

The Town of Selma welcomes the season with the Selma Christmas Celebration and Parade on Tuesday, December 2, 2025. At 6 p.m., the tree lighting and entertainment will take place at 114 N Raiford Street, Selma, North Carolina. Then at 7 p.m. the parade begins. After the parade there will be a fireworks show.
