A security camera captured the moment when a small plane made a rough landing in South Carolina and flipped over as it came to a stop. Pilot Harold Chapman says he was trying to land on a grass strip but came in too fast. He says he chose to flip the plane rather than attempt a go-around which would have caused him to hit power lines.
