After being prevented from installing a crèche in the town hall, the municipality of Louis Aliot plans to display three giant statues representing the child Jesus, Mary and Joseph on the public road. Together, acquired for 120,000 euros, is to be installed at the end of the year 2026.
The court had banned the crèche in the town hall in the name of the neutrality of public buildings.
The far right loves to play with the laws of the country, especially that of 1905. The town hall of Perpignan, held by Louis Aliot, has confirmed the purchase of three giant religious statues, in anticipation of the Christmas and the end of the year. Ledile, also vice-president of the RN, intends to expose them in the middle of the street, after the judicial ban of a crèche in the patio of the town hall in 2025.
