TAPACHULA, Chiapas; June 2026.– With the objective of strengthening opportunities for international cooperation and promoting sustainable development models with territorial impact, the Secretariat of the Southern Border, headed by María Amalia Toriello Elorza, participated in the Second Catalytic Meeting of the Regional Impact Trade Alliance (RITA), held recently in the cities of Bilbao and San Sebastián (Donostia), Spain.
