Northumberland OPP have charged a Wasaga Beach man in connection with a child pornography investigation. Police began investigating on January 28 after receiving information that a minor had been communicating with an adult and that explicit communications had been exchanged. Somerset County Man Charged In Child Porn Case
In Somerset County, bail has been set at 50-thousand dollars for a Boswell Borough man facing charges in a child pornography case. In September of last year, authorities acting on a tip went to the home of 70-year-old Martin Rugg where the suspect gave permission for a search. Investigators later reported finding more than four-thousand images of child pornography on Rugg’s electronic devices.
