Rally Finland, the tenth round of the World Rally Championship, is headed by the championship leader, Welshman Elfyn Evans, a factory Toyota driver. Another brand driver, Sébastien Ogier, is changing his co-driver. Vincent Landais is unable to start for personal reasons.
