- Radic failed to return from a crab fishing trip about 50km north of Adelaide on Tuesday night, prompting his family to raise the alarm shortly before 11pm.
- Describing his experience, Radic told News he attempted to navigate toward Kilda overnight but ultimately decided to paddle back. "So I kayaked back, and they found me this morning," he said.
- Police assessed Radic at the scene and confirmed he appeared in good health despite the overnight ordeal. Authorities thanked the public for assistance in the search efforts.
