The environmental expert has approved Phase 2 of the Sea Breeze project in Charvak with a number of conditions. There are requirements to leave the water protection zone free of construction, treat wastewater, protect valuable trees, and conduct a separate expert examination of the sewage collector crossing the reservoir.
The Ecology Committee reported that no violations of environmental requirements were identified during inspections conducted in Charvak. The final stage of the examination is planned after the completion of construction work.
