It's no secret that Scotland is home to some of the finest restaurants anywhere in the world, and with the 2023 Michelin Guide for Great Britain and Ireland being unveiled, 12 Scots restaurants now possess coveted Michelin stars.

Two Edinburgh restaurants added to Scotland's Michelin star list

Timberyard and Heron have joined a list of ten Scottish venues to be awarded one Michelin star in the newly released 2023 guide.

SCOTLAND is waking up to more Michelin starred chefs this morning. Heron in Leith and Timberyard in Edinburgh were each awarded their first star. They join the ranks of Leith duo The Kitchin and Martin Wishart and Edinburgh’s Condita in holding one star.
