Schuylkill Haven appoints new member to panel

Schuylkill Haven has some new faces working in official capacities for the borough. At the June 3 council meeting, Timothy Moran was appointed to the civil service commission, which manages hiring, testing, and promotion of sworn law enforcement officers.
