Resolution SBS No. 02326-2026 also expands the mechanisms for companies and independents to materialize their contributions to private pension administrators, in compliance with the Peruvian pension reform.
The Superintendency of Banking, Insurance and AFP (SBS) amended Title V of the Compendium of Regulations of the Private Pension System (SPP) in the framework of Law No. 32123, by Resolution SBS 02326 – 2026.
In addition, a regulation is established on the use of personal data of affiliates, ensuring the protection of their information in this new payment system.
