Saved from the storm drain: Police rescue kitten in North Carolina

WALLACE, N.C. (WNCT) — Officers with the Wallace Police Department helped a kitten who was trapped in a storm drain on Friday. The department received a report about a cat in a storm drain in the Walmart parking lot. Gloves and tools were used to assist the kitten and even one officer went face down into the drain to grab the kitten in distress.
