SAUGERTIES — The Saugerties Police Department arrested Terrie A. Lawless, 27, of Cairo, N.Y., following a three-car motor vehicle accident on Sept. 8 at about 2:45 p.m. Lawless was charged with the misdemeanor of driving while intoxicated as well as traffic infractions of leaving the scene of a property damage accident and improper lane use.
