PKP Intercity is testing satellite internet to solve network problems on trains, Infrastructure Minister Dariusz Klimczak announced on Wednesday. He expressed hope that the tests would be completed by December and did not rule out the possibility of the solution launching next year.
Satellite internet tests will begin on selected PKP Intercity trains, with passengers participating, announced Dariusz Klimczak, Minister of Infrastructure, at the Economic Forum in Karpacz. This applies to routes served by Pendolino trains. If the tests prove successful, the solution will be implemented permanently.
