Santa Rosa County breaks ground on $30M wastewater plant in East Milton | Santa Rosa Press Gazette

The facility, designed by Jacobs Engineering and being built by Wharton-Smith, was originally planned at 250,000 gallons per day but has been expanded to a startup capacity of 500,000 gallons per day.
