- Alongside the victim's family, Municipal Councillor Priyanka Gautam stated, "No form of injustice against them can be tolerated," demanding strict action against those responsible.
- BJP leaders vowed to continue protesting until the councillor is suspended, noting that 10 days have passed since the FIR was registered without action. No immediate reaction was available from the AAP or its councillor.
