San Luis, Mexico residents question low homicide rate claim by Sonora governor

SAN LUIS, Mexico (KYMA) - The governor of Sonora said the homicide rate went down to 95% in San Luis, Mexico. But some locals are questioning that big drop. “We have achieved a reduction of 95% the homicide rate," said Gov. Alfonso Durazo, State of Sonora.
