Kingsport school board bans cell phone use during school day
The new policy says devices are to be "stored and turned off" throughout the school day, with penalties for students not complying on first, second and subsequent offenses soon to be determined, Kingsport City Schools Assistant Superintendent of Adminitration Andy True said.
