A San Antonio man was sentenced to 70 months in federal prison for his involvement with a gun theft and trafficking conspiracy ring, according to the U.S. Department of Justice. A San Antonio man will spend five years and 10 months in federal prison in a conspiracy that involved stealing and then selling firearms.Court documents state that between January 2023 and October 2023, Alcapone Maximus Pena, 23, took part in the theft of firearms and vehicles in the San Antonio area. He also was involved in selling the stolen firearms, authorities said in a news release Wednesday.
