SAMARCO COMMENCES MODIFIED DUTCH AUCTION CASH TENDER OFFER FOR 9.000% SENIOR NOTES DUE 2031 IN AN AGGREGATE PURCHASE PRICE OF UP TO U.S.$34,081,041.43

On May 12, 2025, Samarco Mineração S.A. Launched a modified Dutch auction cash tender offer to repurchase up to US$34,081,041.43 of its senior notes bearing a 9.000% interest rate maturing in 2031.
