LAS VEGAS (KLAS) -- It’s officially official.  Property records show Sam Boyd Stadium is now, legally, owned by Clark County. The county approved purchasing the 69-acre site from UNLV and the Nevada System of Higher Education in January 2025. However, records indicate the property wasn’t formally transferred until the end of June.
