SALISBURY, Md. – The City of Salisbury will be removing the speed bumps in the Downtown parking garage ahead of event season. The speed bumps were originally installed as a safety measure during the height of construction after receiving reports of increased vehicle speeds. For continued safety without hindering accessibility, new “Reduce Speed” signs will be installed in place of the speed bumps. Removal work is scheduled to begin next week. …
