Fights broke out at some locations as customers waited to get their hands on the timepieces, billed as a "disruptive collaboration" with luxury watchmaker Audemars Piguet.
"On the day of the launch, there were problems in about 20 Swatch stores out of 220 in the world where Royal Pop was launched," acknowledged the Swiss watchmaker, about his collaboration launched Saturday with Audemars Piguet.
