PETRONAS signs equity deal with SMJ Energy

PETRONAS LNG Sdn. Bhd. has signed a heads of agreement with SMJ Energy Sdn. Bhd to formalise the terms for a 25% equity participation in PFLNG 3 Sdn. Bhd.
