Jeong Yeon-doo, the head of the South Korean government's North Korea nuclear envoy and director of the South Korean Foreign Affairs and Strategic Information Headquarters, urged North Korea to comply with the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) and UN Security Council resolutions and return to dialogue at a high-level session of the Geneva Disarmament Conference held in Geneva, Switzerland on the 23rd (local time).
