The German Moritz Kretschy (NSN Development) has proclaimed himself the final winner of the eighth edition of the Vuelta a Rwanda after the eighth and final stage, which had a 99.5 km tour around the capital of the country, Kigali, in which the Eritrean Henok Mulubrhan (XDS Astana) was imposed.
