President Kagame hosted a group of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) members in Panama. They discussed the changes Rwanda has made in promoting employment programs as well as opportunities for trade and economic cooperation between Rwanda and Panama. The group was led by Rogelio Romero, YPO Gold Panama Representative and CEO of Concretex Panama. YPO is a global network of over 38,000 business leaders from 130 countries.
