Russian national charged in $45K precious metals theft using fake ID

A 30-year-old Russian national living in New York City is wanted by Dauphin County police after she stole nearly $45,000 in precious metals using a fake ID, according to charging documents.On Friday, Lower Swatara Township police charged Shorena Dzhgamaia with five felonies: theft by deception, theft of mail, criminal use of a communication facility, identity theft and forgery.
