Russia must record massive losses – and yet continue to attack Ukraine. In the Sumy region, a change of tactics could be imminent.
As strikes are increasingly frequent in this region of north-east Ukraine on the border with Russia, the inhabitants hold their breath and begin to evacuate some localities around Sumy.
