Russia has sent to China a shipment of liquefied natural gas from a sanctioned LNG terminal in the Baltic Sea, reports Bloomberg and Reuters with reference to vessel tracking data and information from the London Stock Exchange Group network. This is the first known shipment to China since the introduction of American restrictions against the plant. The terminal was placed on the US sanctions list in January.
