Russian gas can no longer enter Portugal via the port of Sines without prior authorization

The new EU sanctions state that it is “prohibited to provide recharging services for the purpose of transshipment operations of liquefied natural gas originating in or exported from Russia”. However, there are exceptions and Portugal may continue to receive Russian LNG as long as the competent authorities approve it.
