SUMY – A normal school day turned into a fight for safety in an instant. One of four guided bombs that Russian forces used to attack the Ukrainian city of Sumy hit the school directly. There were children and staff in the building. A tragedy was averted because they took cover in time. However, other bombs hit residential areas, and the attack claimed victims.
