Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said today that talks are underway on how to achieve a ceasefire in the war in Ukraine and whether there is a possibility of holding a summit of the leaders of the warring parties, adding that Moscow has confirmed its readiness for a third round of talks, while awaiting a response from the Ukrainian side.
Turkey says that the Kremlin has expressed its willingness to participate in further direct talks with Ukraine.
Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said that Russia is ready for the third round of peace talks, now Ukraine's response is expected.
