Russian propagandist Yevgeny Popov, speaking on his show 60 Minutes on Russian state television Rossiya-1, said that the Russian Federation is going through the worst period in the last eighty years. He said this in connection with the fuel shortage, the situation in the occupied Crimean peninsula, the slow progress of the Russian army at the front, and the inability to effectively counter Ukrainian long-range strikes.
